Step by step

• Step 1: Insert BJT transistor on protoboard.
• Step 2: Check with the datasheet which one, EBC.
• Step 3: Connect the ground in the protoboard.
• Step 4: Put the resistor of 100K.
• Step 5: Insert the LED (cheking polaring linking the collector)
• Step 6: Insert the router 220 ohmnios, LED and VCC in protoboard.
• Step 7: Insert the resistor 1K in the protoboard one link in the VCC.
• Step 8: Connect the were working in the resistor of 1K.
• Step 9: Connect the battery to VCC and ground in the protoboard.

UJT BJT

Tipos de transistores:
- UJT= Un junction transistor

 Un transistor UJT se le llama PN porque solo tene emisor y dos bases: base 1 y base 2. Se utiliza de temporizador. Solo puede una union.

 -BJT= Bipolar junction transistor

 Un transistor BJT se le llama PNP porque tiene emisor, basi y conector. Puede dos uniones.
